Garth Brooks is coming to Boise, Idaho for the first time since 1992. The two-night event will be the first major concert ever featured at the Albertsons Stadium, the home turf of the Boise State Broncos. And it gets even better; the Albertsons Stadium is making a rare exception to their on-premise alcohol prohibition and selling Coors Light and Miller Lite. On top of that, beer drinking isn’t limited to the beer garden, it can be enjoyed from your seat.
Ticket & Event Information
Date & Time: July 19-20 at 7:00 pm
Location: Albertsons Stadium in Boise, Idaho
Unfortunately, tickets for the event are sold out. But for the lucky couple of thousand country loving, beer chugging ticket holders here’s some information:
Concert doors open at 5:00 p.m. and the concert begins at 7:00 p.m. both nights. Information booths will be on site from 2-8 p.m. supplied with maps of important locations and parking information.
Outside food and drink are not permitted into the stadium. Patrons of age can buy Coors Light and Miller Lite inside, which is really all you need for a good ol’ Garth Brooks concert.
Parking will be extremely limited, so Ubers, Lyfts, Taxis and carpooling are suggested. There is also a free shuttle providing pick ups and drop offs every 15 minutes beginning at 3 p.m. and ending one hour after the concert ends both days. More shuttle information can be found at the Boise shuttle page.
The event has a clear bag policy, so only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC under the size of 12″ x 6″ x 12″ will be permitted. Small bags that are 4.5″ x 6.5″ will be permitted as well. There will be a bag check, so leave any weapons, mace, and tools at home.
A complete list of admission information can be found on the Boise State website.
